How Does AgentFlow Caller ID Application Work?
1. Manually Update Caller ID:
- Log in to the AgentFlow portal using your 3CX username, password and 3CX FQDN.
- Once logged in, navigate to the ‘Active’ section.
- From here, you can manually update the Caller ID to represent your desired region, campaign, or organization.
Once updated, the selected Caller ID will be used for outbound calls, and recipients will see the updated number when the call is made.
2. Dynamic Caller ID Update:
- The admin can enable the dynamic switching feature through the AgentFlow settings.
Once dynamic switching is turned on, there’s no need for users to manually log in or update their Caller ID. The system will automatically rotate the Caller ID after every call for all users, ensuring that fresh numbers are used and minimizing the chances of being flagged as spam. This process operates seamlessly in the background, enhancing call success rates and operational efficiency.
