Update 5 Release Candidate Now Available

Following the ALPHA, BETA 1 and BETA 2 releases of V20 Update 5, the Release Candidate is now available. Here’s what’s included.

Update 5 RC brings key fixes and improvements:

• QR code setup for mobile apps when using the desktop app is fixed.
• Issues with connection quality monitoring when scores are set to “Unknown” have been fixed.
• Private video conferencing access issues after a license downgrade have been resolved.
• Fixed calendar event issues with Google Workspace integration.

The RC should be installed for evaluation purposes only. It is not recommended for production systems.

To upgrade: From the admin console click on the latest update: “New 20.0 Update 5 Release – RC”.
